I am pleased to be President of HCARN.  The Association is lead by a dedicated Board of Directors who are focused on advancing the industry through the use of modern technology, developing improved construction processes and encouraging the compliance with current health and safety standards.  This is done not only for the benefit of the Association members but for the greater community that we serve.  In this way we will always be able to live up to our slogan “HCARN – People Building Communities”.
