Words of welcome from our president, Sto Tritchew.
It is indeed a pleasure to be the President of the Association and to work with a Board of Directors that wishes to build on the past successes of the Association. We believe as members of the heavy construction industry we have earned the right to state "HCARN - People Building Communities".
