The following is a list of meetings and events (subject to change) held by HCARN:

Board Meetings

The Board of Directors meet at least monthly and more often if required. Minutes of the meetings are circulated afterwards to the members.

Dinner Meetings

The following 2008 Dinner Meetings will be held on:

Monday, May 5th at Big Marco's Italian Restaurant, 274 Fourth Avenue, St. Catharines
Start time 6:00 pm. Pizza and wings will be served with soft drinks during the meeting.
Cash bar is available.
Tuesday, September 2nd at the Quality Hotel Parkway, 327 Ontario Street, St. Catharines.
Cocktails - 6:00 pm. Dinner - 7:00 pm. The Honourable Jim Bradley, Minister of Transportation will be
speaking on the Provincial Government's position on municipal infrastruture.
Public Works Officials will also be present.
Each Contractor Member and Associate Member will have one meal provided by the association.
Any additional representative wishing to attend will be charged $30.00 in advance of the event.
Monday, September 29 at Fresco's Euro Grille and Bar
Ridley Hieghts Plaza, 100 Fourth Ave., St. Catharines
Executive Meeting: 5:00 p.m. General Membership Meeting: 6:00 p.m.
Pizza, etc... will be served with soft drinks during the meeting. Cash bar available.
Monday, November 3rd has been cancelled.

33nd Annual HCARN Christmas Dinner Dance

The 3rd Annual HCARN Christmas Dinner Dance will be held on Friday, December 5, 2008
at the Quality Hotel Parkway Convention Centre, 327 Ontario St., St. Catharines.
Symposium: 6:00-7:00 p.m. Dinner: 7:00-9:00 p.m. Entertainment with "James Doolin and the Mob"
Tckets are $90.00 per person. Invitation lists are to be faxed to Brad Brewster no later than
November 7, 2008 at 905-227-2724.
Rooms will be available at $69.00 plus tax per night to promote "Don't Drink and Drive". To reserve call 905-688-2324.

2008 HCARN Golf Tournament

The 2008 HCARN Golf Tournament will be held on May 23, 2008 at Penninsula Lakes.

2007 HCARN Golf Tournamtent

The 2007 HCARN Golf Tournament was held on May 25 and was a great success. Our appreciation and thanks go out to the following volunteers for taking time out of their busy schedules for staging the event: Paul Martin, Yvonne Patterson, Cathy Gilmore, Suzie Walter, Shelley Rouselle, Lori Pellasara, Scott Varcoe, and Debbie Geady.
